About the Program

A pending flancake is a flancake paid for in advance as an anonymous act of generosity.

This originates from the Italian idea of pending coffee, or caffè sospeso.

We're excited to bring this tradition to FlanCake by Gaby.

Pending FlanCake Recipients

Families who normally would not be able to afford the dessert for their upcoming celebration are gifted a pending flancake.

During holidays, we partner with a local organization and count on your support to sponsor these families.
