WHAT IS A FLANCAKE?
Hot Out the Oven AND Fresh Out the Fridge
FlanCake is half flan and half cake. Flan is a European and Latin dessert made up of a caramel topping and custard base that's made with milk, eggs, and sweetener. We place this over a layer of vanilla or chocolate cake for ultimate deliciousness.
